Information stored on your device
Awhile stores settings, focus sessions, progress, story state, and optional private focus labels locally on your device. Private focus labels are not included in notifications or analytics.
Information we collect
Awhile does not require an account and does not sell personal information. The app does not send your focus notes or journey content to us. The app may write technical event information to Apple’s local operating-system log to help diagnose the app; these events are designed not to contain focus-label text.
Notifications and music services
If you grant permission, Awhile schedules local notifications and may show a Live Activity. Optional Apple Music or Spotify connections are handled through those services and are subject to their privacy policies. Awhile does not receive or store your music-service password.
Children’s privacy
Awhile is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app changes. The current version will always be published on this page. For privacy questions, use the support channel associated with the App Store listing.
