Awhile is designed to be quiet and simple. Here are a few places to start.
Sessions and progress
Your focus progress and story journey are stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, its local journey data may be deleted with it. Keep the app installed when a session is running so the timer can finish reliably.
Notifications and Live Activities
These are optional. You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings, and Live Activities in Awhile’s settings or iPhone Settings. The timer itself does not require either permission.
Music
Built-in ambience works without a music account. Optional Apple Music or Spotify features depend on the corresponding app, account, subscription, and permissions.

For support, please contact the developer through the support channel associated with the App Store listing and include your iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Please do not send private focus notes.
